Answers to questions you might have about Séve.

For Brands - Do I still need physical coupons?

It is up to you. If your coupon system works well you can keep them. If it is too much of a hassle, you can offer digital coupons through Séve which are managed by you and Séve directly.

For Brands - Is there a free trial?

Yes, the free trial is available if you choose to get a demo. During the demo, a team member will help you onboard and get your ducks in a row. We will also provide the opportunity to be part of our free-trial program.

For Customers - How quickly do I get the cashback?

As soon as the brands confirms your purchase. Some brands may have auto-pay configured to pay you directly. Note that your cashback balance in Séve needs to be greater than $15 to avoid transaction fees.

For Customers - Can brands know who I am?

No. Your profile information is kept private and brands will not know who specifically has purchased a product.

For Influencers - Can I view the data as well?

Yes, if you have an influencer plan, data shared with the brand will be available to you too. This is also a way for you to know your value.
